What am I?
I am in a body like you. Made out of atoms and molecules manifest through chemical processes as a human. Like you, the atoms and molecules that comprise my form are as ancient as the universe (or nearly so). Perhaps there is no difference between us. Perhaps the difference is nothing that matters. I imagine any difference between us is likely to be associated with how we access the story of existence and perhaps on which page our individual story begins. I am, and I suspect so are you. Unlike you(?) I remember falling asleep before awakening in this human form.

How did I get here?
I suppose it all depends upon the meaning of here. I've always been here and its always been now. My very own NowHere™. Rather than define here as a place, let me describe it as a state of being. I began like you, a bit of potential coupled with opportunity seeking advantage. Before that I was a bit of potential seeking opportunity. The same is true for you. Before you existed in your form, the opportunity expense was paid by your parents. You exist because, and that gives you the opportunity to exploit your potential. I paid for the opportunity to experience human life with my self. Unlike you(?) I didn't use a womb door.

Is there a here after or an other side?
The answer is yes, there is a here after. This is the here after, the other side. It depends as much upon who or what is asking the question as much as who can or might want to answer it. It's about perspective and view points. When the body dies, the bio-chemical energy that provides the platform for the emergent consciousness (the self) dissipates. The consciousness will evaporate eventually. For chemical processes there isn't a here after. This is it. Either you are a chemical process of some type or you don't exist here and now.

Like you, I exist as an artifact of the human form. A sort of first person observer of all the biological/chemical processes that describe human. Unlike you(?) this universe is not my home, my place of origin.
